Yes. You can access your storage unit 24/7 using the personal gate code you received when you signed your lease. If you ever forget your code, you can look it up by logging into your account through the Pay Online menu option.

Use the Pay Online menu option to access your account. After logging in, select the unit you’d like to pay for. From there, you can make a one-time payment, set up autopay for convenience, or prepay for the upcoming month.

Yes, insurance is required for every rental. You can either purchase our $0-deductible insurance, which starts at $11/month for a 5×5 unit, or provide proof of coverage through your homeowners or renters policy.

We offer a 5% discount for seniors aged 55 and over, and a 10% discount for local heroes — including active duty military, EMS, firefighters, police officers, 911 dispatch operators, and ROTC members. These discounts are applied every month you rent with us.


The right size depends on the amount, duration, and type of items you plan to store. Our online calculator can recommend a suitable storage unit size based on the details you provide.

The facility is gated, providing 24/7 access. You'll receive a personal gate code for access.

There are three things you should not store in a non-climate-controlled unit:
  1. temperature-sensitive items
  2. hazardous or flammable materials.
  3. food (including coffee, beans, rice, chips, etc.)

Yes. With our contactless storage rentals, you can access your unit immediately after receiving your confirmation email. The online rental process allows you to choose your unit, sign the lease, and pay within minutes, so you can access your storage space right away.

Yes. All of our rentals are month-to-month, so you’re never locked into a long-term contract. Rent for just a few months or stay with us long-term — whatever fits your needs best.

No, living in a storage unit is both illegal and unsafe. They are designed solely for storage and have doors that lock from the outside, making them impractical for living.

Locks, tape, boxes, and a variety of moving and storage supplies are available for purchase at our facility office.

We don’t offer moving services or truck rentals directly, but we work with reputable local companies. Our office manager can provide referrals — just call or text (540) 951-0100 and we’ll point you in the right direction.

You’ll get your building letter and unit number at check-in, and there will be a tag with your name on your door. Please do not enter a unit that does not have your name tag on the door.

If you forget your gate code, you can view it by logging into your account here. You can also call or text the onsite manager at (540) 951-0100 for assistance.

After you’ve moved out and ensured your unit is completely empty, call or text the office manager at 540-951-0100 to let her know. She’ll handle the rest of the process for you.

No, the reservation fee is nonrefundable. We understand that plans can change, but while your reservation is active, we're holding that unit just for you and not offering it to anyone else.

  1. Step on the bottom handle
  2. Slide the latch to the left
  3. lift door
  4. Reverse the steps to close the unit
  5. Make sure the latch is closed and add your lock
