Yes, insurance is required to protect your belongings against the unexpected, ensuring that you’re covered in unexpected events. You can either provide proof of your own insurance within 14 days of check-in or purchase one of our $0 deductible plans. We offer several options, allowing you to choose the one that best fits your needs. Feel free to ask our on-site manager for guidance on selecting the right plan.
We offer a 5% senior citizens discount for customers aged 55 and over. Local heroes, including active duty military, veterans, EMS, firefighters, and police officers, can enjoy a 10% discount. All discounts are applied every month you rent with us..

There are three things you should not store in a non-climate-controlled unit:
- temperature-sensitive items
- hazardous or flammable materials.

No, it is both illegal and unsafe to inhabit a storage unit. They are designed for storage only and lack the necessary amenities, such as running water. Additionally, storage unit doors lock from the outside, which makes living in them highly impractical.
Locks, along with a variety of storage supplies, are available for purchase at our facility office.
We don’t provide moving services or truck rentals ourselves, but our office manager can give you information on local businesses with good reputations for both.
You’ll get your building letter and unit number at check-in, and there will be a tag with your name on your door. Please do not enter a unit that does not have your name tag on the door.
Yes. With our contactless storage rentals, you can access your unit immediately after receiving your confirmation email. The online rental process allows you to choose your unit, sign the lease, and pay within minutes, so you can access your storage space right away.
